Based in South East London, Half Baked is a blank space studio created out of necessity. We are proud to offer over 1400sq ft of hire space for Photographic & Film Hire as an affordable option for a range of editorial and larger scale jobs.

Half Baked is a self service studio born out of a need for adaptable space, that will keep you (and your cost controller mates) happy.
We’re here to offer a vast amount of customisable space that ticks many boxes for production, photo and food teams, that you can tailor to your production’s needs.
We aren’t partnered with any catering companies, so gone are additional charges to cater to your teams, just how you like.
Half Baked isn’t tied in to any external EQ hire companies.
Leaving you with the freedom to choose where you order from – or perhaps you’re fully kitted out yourself.

Staggered across three rates that we feel are representative of the variety of jobs coming through the door - and the variety of different sized teams they bring along with them. At a price that hopefully means you can get the job done.

Who
are we ?
Frankie Turner is an award winning photographer shooting campaigns for household names. With a career that started after an unexpected crossover in a coffee shop while Frankie was on shift, she’s been fiercely passionate about opening the doors to the creative industry for all. She actively engages with passing on her lived experience from graduate to photographer through university talks and is a firm believer that to keep the creative arts functioning, the next rung of creative minds need choice, space and time to create originally and organically.
Max Catterall is a still life and drinks photographer who treads the line between playful experimentation and the rigorous structure of classic advertising. Max’s approach is based on his joy of looking at things, creating striking images by using light to craft atmosphere and celebrate the beauty of everyday objects.
